1. For clarity, this loyalty rewards program is provided by Lifestyle Home Services, A.B.N 70 031 852 368 and is only available for services provided by Lifestyle Home Services.
2. Available for services provided from 1st July 2008.
3. Loyalty Program based on Cumulative service cost.
4. $300 in services will equal $30 Fuel gift Card.
5. The Gift Card can NOT be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
6. Use of the Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the provider of the gift Card. We can not be responsible for expired, lost or stolen gift Cards once they are in your possession.
7. First service for new customers DOES NOT count towards cumulative total.
8. If you refer a customer to us you (as the referer) will recieve 10% of the referred customers total spend (from FIRST service ONLY) towards YOUR fuel gift Card.
9. Loyalty program not available to those who receive an account (Unless at the absolute discression of the service provider).
10. Service only counts towards cumulative total when the service has been paid in full.
11. Not available on product sales, Affiliate or 3rd party services.
12. Qualifying regular services are:
- Lawn Mowing & Line Trimming
- Hedge Trimming & Pruning
- Garden Maintenance
- Garden Rubbish Removal
- High Pressure Cleaning
13. We reserve the right to remove this loyalty program at any time. If this loyalty program closes, Lifestyle Home Services may, in its absolute discretion, pay any outstanding balance of rewards as a lower value fuel gift Card. Providing the total cumulative value is greater than $200 but less than $300. Cumulative totals of less than $200 will be forfeited if this loyalty program ceases.
14. When a Fuel Gift Card is claimed/awarded the cumulative total is reset to $0.00 and begins again towards another reward.
15. Gift Cards are mailed at the beginning of each month to those who reached the required cumulative total in the preceding month.
16. Available ONLY to residential customers.
